Our pitchside picnic is ideal for our Thirsty Thursday polo party options. This catering package is suited to those who have a lower budget and are after a more informal evening. As the afternoon sun shines down on the polo fields your guests take front row seats on the action. We will provide you with luxury picnic hampers and delicious wines and beers for your guests to graze as they mingle with one another and the polo players at Druids Lodge Polo Club. 

More room in the budget? If you fancy upgrading your picnic we can provide you with tables and chairs in addition to picnic blankets. There is also the option to add in a stretch tent or a few gazebos. We can even upgrade the food to serve you hot bowl food options alongside traditional picnic cakes. There is also the possibility to add an onsite unlimited bar with our partners British Polo Gin. We can tailor this event to cater for all your needs, whether they're big or small, we have the answer!

  • Luxury picnic hampers containing all of the English picnic favourites, including sweet treats such as scones and cake.

Location

Druids Lodge Polo Club is located within minutes of Stonehenge off the A303 and A360. Under two hours from London and other areas such as Bath, Bristol, Exeter, Southampton, Bournemouth, Portsmouth etc....... You can be enjoying an elite day out at the polo. 

Druids Lodge Polo Club is easily accessible with a fast rail connection from London waterloo into Salisbury train station. A 15 minute taxi journey will see you by the pitch and ready for the day ahead.

What a fantastic evening! We wanted to have a low-key fun team evening and Charlie recommended a luxury picnic at the polo. We thoroughly enjoyed the evening of polo, meeting the players and their horses, and the food was delicious. Seriously Cool Events catered for our dietaries and even provided outdoor furniture sets so we could sit at a table with our drinks right next to the polo. It was awesome!
